Returns Policy

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on EMPORIUM app or website. Return request must be raised within 14 days for EMPORIUM items, or within 7 days for non-EMPORIUM items from the date of delivery.
  2. For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please view our Warranty Policy.
  3. For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.

Valid reasons to return an item

  1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
  3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired)
  4. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
  5. Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)

Note: We do not accept returns for any used items. For mobile phones, you may raise a return request directly with EMPORIUM if the device is dead on arrival (i.e. does not switch on completely). *Mobile phone is considered activated once SIM card has been inserted or when the phone has been connected to the internet via Wi-Fi.

If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued based on EMPORIUM's assessment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with their tags intact. Any items found used will be rejected and returned back to customers.

Non-returnable

Return request must be raised within 14 days for Any 3 Bundle from the date of delivery.

Partial returns are allowed: If a certain number of products from an Any 3 Bundle are eligible for a return, partial refund will be issued to the customer after these items have been returned by the customer & quality checked by EMPORIUM. The refund amount is calculated on item level of each bundle. The total amount paid for the order will be divided by 3, multiplied by the number of items you have returned.

Conditions for Returns


  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.

  2. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.

  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was delivered in EMPORIUM packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging / box.

  4. NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
    While handing over your package to Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent, please collect the EMPORIUM Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.

Issuance of Refunds


  • 1. The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.

  • 2. The refund period / process starts when EMPORIUM has processed your refund according to your refund type.

  • 3. The refund amount covers the item price and shipping fee for your returned product.

    EMPORIUM will process your refund according to the following refund types


  • 1. Refund from returns - Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.

  • 2. Refunds from cancelled orders - Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.

  • 3. Refunds from failed deliveries - Refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address. Screen reader support enabled.

    The bank account details provided must be correct. The account must be active and should hold some balance.

    If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by EMPORIUM, please contact your personal bank.

    bKash / Rocket / Nagad Mobile Wallet

    Similar to bank deposit, the amount will be refunded to the same mobile account details which you inserted at the time of payment.

    Refund Voucher

    Vouchers will be sent to the customer registered email ID on EMPORIUM and can be redeemed against the same email ID.

    Important Note:


  • 1. The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.

  • 2. In case of any refund, the received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.
